Parking at the Dawn Condos is in a gated parking area to help keep you and your possessions safe. While nobody wants to think bad things might happen, it is always best to be safe.
Entry to the parking area is through the drive in gate on 69th Street just next to the Circle K.
Parking is $40.00 for three nights or less and $50.00 for four nights or more. You can purchase passes at Purchase Dawn Parking Passes.
The owner or property manager of your condo vacation rental may have included one parking pass in your stay. Make sure you have checked with them before purchasing a pass.
Once you have the receipt for your parking pass, you still need to go the office in Building 2 to pick up your pass and swim bands. If you have arrived after 5PM, it’s OK. The courtesy officers that patrol the complex keep track of what vehicles have been in the complex already. Since they have not seen your vehicle before, they will let it go the first night. You will need to make sure you pick up your pass from the office your first morning in the complex.
